Case Management



Your Case Manager will assess your employment needs and eligibility for services, provide one to one employment counselling, job search support and career decision making guidance and work with you to develop an action plan to move you that much closer toward your employment goals. Your Case Manager will continue to support and monitor your progress through regular follow up until you successfully obtain employment or community attachment.

Case Managers are available to provide specialized services for job seekers with unique needs:  

  • Aboriginal Peoples
  • Francophones
  • Immigrant
  • Multi – Barriered
  • Persons with Disabilities
  • Survivors of Violence or Abuse
  • Youth

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Live in the Cloverdale or White Rock/South Surrey Catchment Area (postal code)
  • Unemployed
  • Underemployed; working less than 20 hours / week
  • Legally entitled to work in BC
