We have a pool of over 2500 candidates from our centres who are qualified and ready to work. We can assist in finding suitable candidates for your current job openings. We offer space for interviews and can work with you to screen applicant resumes and qualifications.

Hiring Events/Fairs tailored to your individual hiring needs

Our Hiring Fairs cater to employers’ needs and bring awareness to your business. The hiring event can be customized to attract a small number of highly qualified individuals or can be large community events with up to 800 job seekers. Hiring Fairs have proven to be successful for both small specialized hires and high volume hires.

Wage Subsidy services to offset your hiring and training costs (savings up to 50%)

Wage Subsidy services assist businesses by subsidizing a percentage of the employee’s wages to offset the costs associated to hiring and training new employees. The duration of the program is 3-6 months and benefits both the employer and new employee. (*client eligibility criteria applies)

Job Creation Partnership

Provides funding to organizations to assist with local projects that provide community benefit and that normally would not take place without project funding, while creating jobs that provide unemployed eligible EI Clients with Opportunities to gain meaningful work experience.
